The Role

The Property Manager is responsible for a dedicated UK wide portfolio made up of multi let & single assets including commercial, retail, leisure and residential. Key responsibilities include: Property Management • Wholly responsible for all day to day Property Management matters. • Managing and preparing the delivery of the service charge on site and from an accounts payable basis. • Driving the budgeting process/reconciliation process. • Pursue all arrears and resolve as swiftly as possible, working with the Credit Control department. • Check, approve or challenge invoices on all properties as appropriate. • Develop Central service best practice standards across the standard multi-let properties. • Responsible for all insurance matters across dedicated portfolio. • Update Landmark (property management system) and other schedules as appropriate.
