Group Exercise Schedule Boot Camp meets on the grassy area between the lower parking lot and the Olympic pool. All other classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio on the main level of the Clubhouse. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be canceled. Barre** Wednesday/Friday at 10:30 AM. Barre Express** Saturday at 9:00 AM. Early Bird Cardio/Strength** Monday/ Friday at 6:00 AM. Fitness Fusion* Tuesday/Thursday at 8:30 AM. Fitness Yoga** Friday at 5:30 PM. Gentle Yoga** Tuesday/Thursday at 9:45 AM. Morning Boot Camp** Tuesday/Thursday at 7:00 AM (Class meets in the outdoor training area). Pilates** Morning Classes: Monday/ Wednesday/Friday at 8:30 AM. Evening Classes: Monday/Wednesday at 5:00 PM (beginner/intermediate), Monday/ Wednesday at 6:00 PM (intermediate plus). Seniorcize* Monday at 4:00 PM and Thursday at 11:00 AM. (45 minutes) Toning + Abs* Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM; Saturday at 10:00 AM. Vinyasa Flow** Sunday at 10:00 AM. *Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in, or $7/class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $20/drop-in, or $10/class effective rate for subscription. All classes are offered on a subscription basis. Between the 15th and 25th of each month, members may sign up for the following month’s classes by calling extension 1234 or emailing john.porter@ancc.org . “Drop-ins” are allowed at some classes for a slightly higher fee. For the most current class offerings, check the website or call extension 1234. Kids Outdoor Boot Camp Ages 8 - 10

13 July to 3 August (4 weeks) Wednesdays at 4:00 PM - 45 minutes Cost: $88 for the 4 week session

This FUN outdoor boot camp is a high-energy exercise class for kids! The focus of this group activity strives to increase overall health and fitness in an enjoyable, safe and motivational environment by utilizing our brand new ANCC Outdoor Boot Camp equipment. Combining our stations (parallel bars, uneven bars, sit up board and push up bars) with challenging obstacle courses, fitness games (such as rope tug-of-war), body weight exercises and resistance bands will be the perfect opportunity for learning new skills, building confidence, meeting new friends and having fun! Kids Studio Yoga Ages 5 - 7 14 July to 4 August (4 weeks)

Thursdays at 4:00 PM - 45 minutes Cost: $80 for the 4 week session

This playful class encourages self-expression. Children will strengthen their bodies and learn how to focus and center themselves through breathing, visualization and relaxation techniques. With appropriate music, beginner poses, yoga games and an introduction to basic anatomy you can count on a fabulous yoga experience designed for kids! Mats, blocks, straps and props will be provided.
