Life & Workforce Readiness

Through the College & Career Readiness (CCR) program, Club members receive comprehensive support with college applications and tuition. Teens complete service hours and paid work-based learning experiences required for long-term success. Each member graduates with a clear plan for their future, equipped with essential employability skills, real-world experience, and the knowledge needed to succeed in the workforce. As more young adults graduate with a defined pathway, we launched Future Ready, a program that extends support beyond high school. Serving young adults ages 18 to 24—many first-generation college students—Future Ready provides individualized case management, academic coaching, career exposure, mentorship, and wellness check ins. Participants also receive guidance navigating critical milestones such as securing housing, building credit, and obtaining employment. Together, these efforts strengthen persistence, completion, and long-term economic mobility.
