Ask Ned about legacy, and he doesn’t talk about revenue or reach. He talks about how people feel. “We want them to feel, first and foremost, that it’s not just four walls and a roof,” he says. “That the homes are built with purpose, with intention.” That intention infuses every choice, from solar panels to EV charging stations. “They’re drinking filtered water, they’re taking showers with clean water, they’re breathing clean air,” Ned says. “They’re less burden on the environment. And all of our homes come with EV charging stations built in, so they can actually switch to electric vehicles.” The result is more than comfort. It’s vitality. “People come to us because they want a home that is unique and modern,” he says, “but also a home that is well built and has features they care about - specifically the environment and their own mental and physical health.
