Le volet Accédants à la propriété du PILAO offre la possibilité d’un prêt-subvention afin d’aider les ménages locataires à revenu faible ou modeste à acheter leur première maison. Les demandeurs doivent être âgés d’au moins 18 ans et doivent être locataires. Ils doivent souhaiter acquérir un logement et celui-ci doit servir uniquement de résidence principale dans Prescott et Russell. Le revenu annuel familial ne doit pas dépasser 84 930,00 $ et le prix d’achat de la propriété ne doit pas dépasser 283 100,00 $.
The Homeownership Component under the IAH provides an opportunity for a forgivable loan to allow low-to-moderate-income renter households to purchase their first home. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must be a renter household buying a sole and principal residence in Prescott and Russell. The combined annual family income must not exceed the maximum eligible income of $84,930.00, and the purchase price of the property must not exceed $283,100.00. Responsible for the taking of quantities of various construction materials and preparation of bids for the divisions of interior woodwork, kitchen cabinets, exterior cladding and framing. Tasks include: • Interpreting the technical specifications of the plans and estimates • Invite Suppliers/Subcontractors • Analyze the prices received; Prepare and calculate the bid • Proceed with closing bids • Participate in updating the database directory • See to the maintenance and proper functioning of the estimation department
Requirements: • Bilingual (French/English) • Good computer knowledge • Ability to work as a team
