Evergreen • Total # of referrals: 1300 (772 women and 528 children) • Total # served: 76 (39 women and 37 children) • EVTH had a 34% decrease in referrals in comparison with last fiscal year and 7% decrease in program intakes. Virginia Sam • # of referrals: 1400 (887 women and 513 children) • # Individuals served: 85 (46 women and 39 children) • VSTH had 6.7 % increase in referrals in comparison with last fiscal year and 2.4% increase in program intakes.

Mental Health and Supported Community Living Services

CLUBHOUSES Our Clubhouses are based on a PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation) approach to wellness and provides a safe and supportive environment to adults living with a mental illness. Participants in the clubhouse are called Members. Each Member is expected to contribute to the daily operating/functioning of the clubhouse. Members and staff work collaboratively to plan, organize and run the programs. Members can participate in low stress work units, seek volunteer and employment opportunities, make friends and enjoy recreational activities. All activities and services are designed to promote personal health and wellness while increasing independence and facilitating recovery. Delta Clubhouse Program provides support services to individuals living with mental illness through a safe environment, regular programming and community inclusion. Activities and workshops are offered through services that include employment, Leisure, wellness and basic living skills.
