Our puh pits are filled w ith essayists.. Our girls and boys, are going to th e dogs,” Will Somebody Solve This? Charles W. E liot, former Harvard President, is much troubled about the m inistry of th e U nitarian church. In his, opinion, it is made up too largely of recruits from other denominations.. It is his feeling th a t each church should recru it its m inisters from its own fam i lies and th a t things are in a bad way w ith it when it cannot do this! We woiidet what would be left of the Uni tarian m inistry if all its recruits from other denom inations were w ithdrawn. K nights W ill Have Playground Knights of Columbus announce the Pope’s approval of p lan s for a play ground in Rome, to cost $1,000,000. The Pope has assured the Knights th a t he will watch the expending of this money from th e papal apartm ents in the Vatican palace. This money is a p art of th a t which th is organization received during the war from the whole American people, P ro testan t, Catholic and Jew alike.
