L’équipe de santé familiale de Clarence-Rockland (ÉSFCR) est située dans un centre médical qui est à la fine pointe de la technologie, pleinement informatisé et ultra moderne, à 20 min. à l’Est d’Ottawa., Nous formons une équipe interdisciplinaire qui offre des soins de santé primaires complets aux résidents de Clarence-Rockland. Notre mission est de “maintenir et améliorer la santé de la population de Clarence-Rockland en offrant des services de santé intégrés, en français et en anglais, en se concentrant sur l’éducation et la prévention, en favorisant l’apprentissage avec l’expérience, et en impliquant le patient dans ses propres soins”. Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et autonome pour assurer à temps plein la fonction de spécialiste en soutien clinique. Cette personne nous aidera à maintenir et améliorer notre environnement informatique, et sera également responsable d'une variété d'autres tâches dans la clinique. The Clarence-Rockland Family Health Team is located in a state-of-the-art, fully computerized medical centre 20 minutes east of Ottawa. We are a true “team” where everybody – physicians, nurses and allied health care professionals – works together to provide comprehensive, accessible and coordinated primary health care to the residents of Clarence-Rockland. We are looking for a dynamic and independent individual to take on the full-time role of Clinical Support Specialist. This person will help maintain and enhance our information technology environment, and will also be responsible for a variety of other tasks in the clinic.
