The number of townhome listings in North Vancouver were down 7% vs last month, settling at 132, but were 31% above June 2018. The 27 townhome sales in June were down by 34% from May and 18% below June 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio fell to 20%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market transitioned to a balanced market. June’s benchmark price was $946,600, 0.7% below May and down 10% from June of last year. The average sold price was $999,530 (virtually unchanged from May) while the average PSF sales price was $591 (3% below May).
