There were 1,339 condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area in March, 9% above last month but 14% below March of last year. At 331, condo sales were 6% higher month-over- month but 3% below March 2019. Remaining at 25%, the board area’s condo sales-to- listings ratio reflected seller’s market conditions. The condo benchmark price in March was $423,200, 2% above February and 1.2% higher vs March 2019. The average sold price was $395,069 (1.2% below February), while the average PSF sales price was $471 (1.7% above February).
