The 92 detached listings in Squamish in March were up 7% compared to February but were 23% below March 2019. March’s detached sales (at 18) increased by 3 month- over-month and by 2 year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in March increased to 20%, as Squamish’s detached segment remained in balanced market territory. At $996,500, the benchmark price for detached homes was 0.5% below February but 6% above March 2019. The average sold price of $936,641 was 11% below February and 17% lower vs March 2019.
