At 185, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West were 11% lower in March than in February and 21% below March 2019. Townhome sales, at 49, were up by 15 vs February and 21 above last March. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 26% in March as Vancouver West’s townhome market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in March was $1.13M, rel- atively unchanged from last month but 2% higher than last year. The average sold price was $1.32M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $991 (increasing 12% and 6%, respectively, from last month).
