MacBlair has unveiled its newly- upgraded Downpatrick branch, marking a new chapter for the branch with a more user-friendly experience for its trade and retail customers. More than 2,000 additional product lines have been added alongside enhanced services, upgraded displays and a refreshed branch environment. To celebrate the relaunch, MacBlair is welcoming trade and retail customers to the branch for two days of activity over October 14-15, including breakfast mornings and events with leading
suppliers including Keylite, Keystone, Mannok, Crown Paints, CT1 and Bostik. Customers will have the chance to win a £250 gift card each day, redeemable across Macnaughton Blair brands, alongside exclusive in-branch offers. Serving customers in Downpatrick since 2012, the branch’s team of 14 - many of whom have worked with the business for more than a decade – is led by Manager Niall McKibben and Assistant Branch Manager Elaine Feenan. A temporary shop was set up in July to create space for the upgrade, which was
completed in early October. “Niall and I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and dedication, and our customers for their patience, while the work was being carried out,” says Elaine. “We have undergone a complete revamp, with the counter moved and more space created for the new product lines. “While it’s so much better than it was and a lot more user friendly, our customers can expect the same great support and excellent delivery service that we are known for around here.”
