development if there is no qualified applicant for business development in Restricted Areas
according to the provisions of Article 3.1 hereof in the organization in mainland of China,
except for the situation that the overseas customer has no qualified applicant for business
development in Restricted Areas in the organization caused by the forfeit of or no application
qualification according to the provisions of Article 6.4 and Article 6.5 hereof.
7.3 海外会员顾客作为限制地区开放申请人在申请限制地区开放时，需有 一名达到并连续三个月保持 ED5 或以上级别且具有限制地区开放担保 资格的会员顾客或者推广服务商作为限制地区开放担保人。达到并连 续三个月保持 ED5 或以上级别的海外会员顾客作为限制地区开放申请 人，无需其他会员顾客或推广服务商进行担保。丧失限制地区开放担保 资格的海外会员顾客或推广服务商不得为其他限制地区开放申请人提 供担保，已经提供担保的，该担保自担保资格丧失之日起解除。 When applying for business development in Restricted Areas, the overseas customer as an
applicant for business development in Restricted Areas shall need a customer or a Service
Provider as a guarantor who has advanced to and been constantly remaining ED5 or above
for more than three months. If the overseas customer as an applicant for business
development in Restricted Areas has advanced to and been constantly remaining ED5 or
above for more than three months, it is not required to have any other customer or Service
Provider as a guarantor. Any overseas customer or Service Provider, whose qualification of
guarantor for business development in Restricted Areas has been forfeited, will never be a
qualified guarantor for business development in Restricted Areas for other applicants; if any
application has been guaranteed by such overseas customer or Service Provider, such
guarantee shall be terminated from the date of forfeit of the guarantor’s qualification.
7.4 限制地区开放申请人在申请限制地区开放时，可以选择符合本规则第 7.3 条规定的海外会员顾客作为限制地区开放担保人。 When applying for business development in Restricted Areas, the applicant may choose an
overseas customer who meets the provisions of Article 7.3 hereof as a guarantor of business
development in Restricted Areas.
7.5 以海外会员顾客作为限制地区开放申请人的，该海外会员顾客对其直 接或者间接推荐的会员顾客或由该会员顾客设立的推广服务商在限制 地区实施的或者作用及于该地区的一切违规行为产生的后果承担同等 责任。该申请人的限制地区开放担保人与申请人承担同等责任。 The overseas customer as an applicant for business development in Restricted Areas shall
assume equal liabilities for the consequences arising from all violations of directly or indirectly
enrolled customers or Service Providers established by such customers in or acting on
Restricted Areas. The guarantor for business development in Restricted Areas of the
applicant shall assume equal liabilities of the applicant.
