To supply two PrimeLineCOMPACT tissue machines (TM5 & TM6) each with the capacity to produce 104.2tpd. The scope of supply includes complete stock preparation with a PrimeRefine HC T high-consistency refining system, approach flow, fiber recovery, and broke systems, two PrimeLineCOMPACT M 1600 tissue machines, and full automation. The new production lines will have a paper width of 3,650mm and a maximum operating speed of 1,650m/min, with the capacity to produce 104.2tpd, each. The lines will process pre-dried virgin pulp to deliver products with a basis weight range of 11.5-32.0g/m2. To supply a Logeye 302 multi-sensor that will grade logs based on 3D, X-ray and colour images. To upgrade five tissue machines with ViscoNip press technology to replace current shoe presses on machines designated TM 3, 9, 10, 11, and 12. The new presses will be integrated into Lee & Man's existing production lines to manufacture household tissue paper products. The company stated that the uniformity provided by the ViscoNip press ensures excellent moisture profiles and contributes to high- quality tissue paper. To deliver an OCC system and a reject recovery system; the 1,100 BDMT per day OCC system will feature Kadant Foundations™ fiber processing advanced technologies and equipment, enabling the mill to produce high-quality stock while reducing fiber and energy consumption. To deliver a Valmet IQ Web Monitoring System (WMS) and a Valmet IQ Web Inspection System (WIS) to support improved line efficiency and ensure high product quality on the existing tissue paper machine PM35. To supply a new cooking plant with a LoSolids continuous cooking plant designed to switch between softwood and hardwood pulp production. They will supply a single-vessel digester enabling homogeneous cooking and process flexibility, as well as a Turbofeed chip feeding system with new Diamondback chip bin that maximizes chip presteaming and pulp quality. The delivery also includes a vapor reboiler to improve digester heat recovery and minimize odorous gas emissions. To upgrade the automation system of the recovery boiler. The delivery includes an I/O and hardware upgrade of the recovery boiler's Valmet DNA automation system as well as a comprehensive modernization of the control application. The delivery secures the system's lifecycle compliance and supports easy operation. As part of the delivery, an integrated safety system will be upgraded, enhancing system reliability and enabling easier system maintenance.
