The officers discovered that an altercation occurred between a man and his mother. The man, who fled the scene, was later located by the officers and resisted to his arrest. The 39-year-old Rockland man was charged with assault, uttering Threats (Damage Property), resist Peace Officer and four counts of failing to Comply with Recognizance. He appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal on March 26.
