• Ensure the delivery of agreed quality service im- provement and Trust / regional / national initia- tives within Estates. • Ensure the development of, and input into busi- ness cases which are either Estates centric or which the provision of Estates & Facilities services support, as required by the Deputy Director of Es- tates (Capital & Strategic). • Preparation and implementation of the Estates component of the Annual Plan(s). • The jobholder will ensure that appropriate accred- itations are pursued and maintained across all Es- tate Capital service areas. 5. Corporate Governance and Risk Management • Review and develop the Capital structure and cul- ture in line with statutory instruments, safety legis- lation and approved codes of practice. • Provide the lead role requirements in regard to the Construction(Design&Management)Regulations within the Department and act as or appoint the CDM Coordinator as required. • Supporting the Deputy Director of Estates Capital &StrategicDevelopment,workingwiththeCapital Programme Manager (Minor Works), lead regular and timely review and development of necessary Capital Project policies, procedures, specification, procedures and quality standards, to ensure that all capital projects are delivered in accordance with current statutory requirements, relevant pro- fessional guidance and best practice, consistently across the capital project teams. Proactively iden- tifying potential issues, proposing remedies and leading implementation. • The Senior Head of Capital Delivery is responsi- ble for ensuring that records relating to the de- livery of capital projects services are completed and maintained by ALL project team members,
