A joyful celebration it certainly was, with 208 new and advancing Directors to Directors 9, and 28 new and advancing Senior Directors and above recognized and celebrated for their success. The room was filled with palpable excitement as the highly engaged audience applaud the Marketing Executives who walked on stage. It was also inspirational when the Marketing Executives shared about their journey of building the

Newly advanced Senior Director 3, Tairuddin bin Yusof said the 7 Critical Activities were crucial in helping him reach Senior Director 2 in six months. “Carrying out the 7 Critical Activities daily, when building the business part time required a high level of commitment, but I was determined to achieve it. Together with my enroller Executive Director 9 Eric Toh, we set goals to achieve and I did the same for my personal Directors. In 6 months, I advanced to Senior Director 2 and earned more than RM100,000 which allowed my wife to leave her stressful corporate job. This would not be possible without Melaleuca,” Tairuddin affirmed. The journey of building a Melaleuca business is not all about being great, but it’s about how you can be better than what you are
now. Executive Director Joanne Khoo shared her breakthrough in achieving her Executive Director goal, explaining, “When I first joined Melaleuca, I told myself I want to be great, because I was tired of being just good. It took me just 8 months to advance to Senior Director 5 and I was so focused on advancing to Executive Director from there onwards, that I found myself stuck. I was looking to be great, but I forgot to be better. In the motions of carrying out my daily activities, I found myself

The Leadership Celebration, held on July 22nd at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur, was a monumental and momentous acknowledgement of our new and advancing Directors between March and June 2017, with a record- setting number of 500 attendees. The significant increase in attendees is a testimony of Melaleuca’s tremendous growth in 2017, General Manager of Melaleuca Malaysia, Chew Ai-Leen noted in her opening speech. “Anyone can be successful in Melaleuca, no matter
