4.) Complete and implement a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan that fully funds university aspirations; is consistent with CWU’s mission and values; and that considers all aspects of “enrollment.” 5.) Continue work to diversify the CWU workforce in order to better serve the growing diversity within its student body. 6.) Articulate the qualities that set CWU apart from other institutions and prioritization of institutional projects in a way that supports those qualities. 7.) Place a vigorous focus on personnel management that holds individuals accountable for their work, ensures consistent and collaborative leadership, and builds a strong leadership team. 8.) Prioritize public service and community engagement in each of the communities in which CWU has a physical location. These are ambitious goals that are essential for the success of our students and the sustainability of the university. We have full confidence in your vision, and leadership and your, commitment to Central and higher education.
