Each partici- pant receives their personalised profile report and works with a GCI coach in an individual debrief and coaching session to explore their results, develop self-awareness and identify strategies for growth. A half or full-day facilitated team debrief then takes the team from individual awareness to shared understanding to practical strategies for working more effectively together, exploring each other’s styles, discussing what each person needs to thrive and leaving with a shared language for navigating differences.
