Short-Term Engagement: Over two to three ses- sions, a GCI coach can support your team to think through a specific project or initiative, develop a shared approach to a common challenge, or cap- ture and track plans and progress over time. This focused support is particularly valuable for teams
navigating a new strategic direction, embedding a cultural change or preparing for a significant im - plementation. Longer-Term Engagement: For teams seeking sus- tained momentum, GCI offers a structured meth - odology using the Solution-Focused Strategy Can- vas, a powerful tool for strategic planning, team thinking and tracking progress. An experienced GCI consultant works with your leadership team across 50 to 100 days, with regular progress check-ins to ensure key priorities are being implemented and the team maintains focus and energy throughout. Available in-person or online, team coaching can address short-term initiatives or longer-term strategic goals.
