Take Your Health Plan Everywhere Our new mobile app puts your account information at your fingertips Many Fidelis Care members can now download and use our new mobile app. We think you’ll be pleased with what you can do from your phone or other smart device: • Search for Care: Find healthcare providers that meet your needs, update your primary care provider, and more. • See Your Benefits: Check on the benefits and services available to you. • Use Your Member ID Card: Open and share your digital member ID card. You can also save it to the mobile wallet on your phone, tablet, or other device. Who can use the new app? The app is for members in: • Medicaid Managed Care • HealthierLife – HARP • Child Health Plus • Fidelis Care at Home – MLTC Download the app today! It’s available in both the App Store and Google Play. Use one of the QR codes below and then follow the instructions.
1. Download the App: Search for "Health Insurance Portal.” The app will look like this: 2. Select New York: Once you download the app, you’ll see a “State” drop-down menu. Select “New York.” 3. Log In: You will need a portal account to get started. Use your current member portal login. If you don’t already have one, create a new one.
