All Pronteau hot water taps and dispensers offer instant hot water delivered with controlled safety. Filtered steaming water delivered to you at the exact temperature you want. Our innovative filter systems ensure that you will not experience scum on hot drinks, scale or bad tasting drinks. To add to this, the taps are flow regulated to ensure that in use there is no spitting or spurting as the hot water is delivered to you at a steady rate, ensuring no surprises or accidents. The water is presented in a controlled and accurate manner. The Proboil boilers can deliver up to 100 cups of water per hour (model dependent) and are ideal for home or small office use.
The PRODUO dispenser along with all 4 IN 1 mixertaps offer you the addition of pure balanced filtered cold water on tap for the family. Our under-counter filtration systems reduce hardness, odours, chlorine and other bad tastes to deliver the perfect cold beverage too. The Proboil filters allow you to benefit from the improved taste of soft water in your drinks and cooking, using micron fine carbon block membranes to remove the bad particulates whilst retaining everything that is good in our water. As if that is not enough, the Proboil boilers will even tell you when to replace your filter unit to ensure that you are drinking the best quality water possible.

As the use of instant hot water taps increase, they are proving to be much safer than using the kettle in the kitchen. Included within all of our taps, we have designed innovative safety systems ranging from two stage locking handles to our patented HotKey ® (for use with the Proboil 3 systems), which offers a simple to use but effective mechanism for the safe delivery of piping hot water. Without the HotKey ® , the tap will become just an ordinary 3-way mixertap, but with it, the hot and steamy magic begins. All Pronteau hot taps are insulated so that the water arrives at the end of the spout hotter, but the outside surface of the tap remains cool and safe to the touch.

In developing our ranges, we took into consideration every aspect of safety, not only for the dispensing of the steaming hot water, but also the governments maximum temperature requirements for stored water in domestic boiler systems. This is the main reason our products store water at a maximum temperature of 98ºC – the products are all complaint with Part G of the UK Building Regulations and achieve the coveted WRAS approval certification.

All Pronteau taps and PROBOIL systems have been designed with ease of installation and future servicing in mind. The boiler seats neatly under your countertop and all parts and connections are included in the box. A pre-installation guide walks you through the items to get ready before your installation, then a step by step guide leads you through the installation and commissioning. Of course, if you prefer, we offer a nationwide network of our own installers, so if you want to sit back and relax, we offer a professional managed installation and commissioning service. Once you have the system installed, it is easy to look after. Changing filters and descaling are simple procedures that can be routinely managed, to ensure the best possible performance and service life. To ensure peace of mind, we have a Nationwide Service Engineer Network of over 30 engineers, and we can offer you a range of support from simple advice at the end of the phone, help changing a filter, descaling the system, to full service and diagnostics. You can choose a level of support from our service engineers to suit your needs.

The PROBOIL3 unit is an intelligent ‘self-diagnostic’ boiler that is capable of delivering over 100 cups an hour, each one guaranteed to be as perfectly hot as the last. It will measure its own temperature & monitor its long-term health, keeping an eye on any limescale build up. It will even prompt you when it needs a change of filter or a descale, so you don’t have to remember. PROBOIL3 is insulated and has an ‘eco mode’ ensuring that the daily running costs remain low – in many cases less than the cost of using your kettle.
PROBOIL.2X is the next generation in intelligent hot water boilers by Abode, offering fast and trouble-free delivery of steaming hot filtered water at the touch of a handle. Fast and simple to install, this model offers a 2-litre stainless steel tank, toolless installation and is an insulated model with low running costs but with quick re-boil times and simple intuitive digital controls. Caution Repeated release of boiling hot water directly into coloured sinks can in extreme cases cause crazing and even cracking. Therefore we recommend great care is taken not to release the water directly on to the sink surface at full temperature for extended periods. Water Regulations All products are designed in accordance with European Water Regulations and are manufactured to WRAS or other applicable European standards. All products should be installed in accordance with Local Water Bye Laws. Visit www.abode.eu to search all products with a current WRAS approval. Our ProBoil boilers store water at a maximum temperature of 98ºC to conform to UK legislative limits. Spout exit temperatures will vary according to environmental changes and usage patterns.

Think about the style you require, the ease of use you are looking for, and then consider your existing water supply and the water pressure available to you. If you have any questions with regards to whether a tap will be suitable for your application, please contact our technical support team or visit our website www.pronteau.co.uk for more details. Your long-term satisfaction with the product is important to us. In the event that you require spare parts for your product, please contact our technical support team or visit our web site for further technical information.
In the unlikely event that you should experience any defect in the materials or workmanship of your new Pronteau mixertap or Proboil boiler, we warrant the products as follows: - Pronteau mixertaps within 5 years of purchase - ProBoil boilers within 2 years of purchase The purchaser ’s sole remedy shall be the replacement (at the manufacturer ’s discretion) of all or any part of the product that is defective. For the tap, all working parts and valves are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. Decorative surface finishes and O-rings are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase provided that our advice concerning care has been observed and no scouring agents have been used. For the boiler, all working parts are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase provided it has been used for normal domestic or office purposes and the user and installation guide has been observed. The warranty extends to the original purchaser only.
