Present It Right, Right Away In most cases, your customers will never need to use the Backup Order, but if they do, they will be more understanding if they see it as part of Melaleuca’s dedication to ongoing wellness. This understanding starts when your new customer receives a Melaleuca Overview. No matter how you personalise your Melaleuca Overview, here are four ways to ensure your new customers understand the benefits of the Backup Order: 1 Backup Orders protect Preferred Member benefits. The Backup Order ensures Preferred Members keep those benefits even if they forget to order—and for Marketing Executives, it sustains commission checks. 2 Backup Orders are only shipped if Preferred Members don’t meet their monthly order commitment. Remember, the possibility of getting a Backup Order starts after a new member has completed the enrollment process. It’s helpful to explain that ordering 35 Product Points is easy—your customers only switch where they shop to buy things they already use. Your Preferred Members have the entire calendar month to purchase products—no tricky dates to remember—just order by the last day of each month. 3 Backup Orders have infinite options.
