ASHINGTON, D.C. –HFFhas arranged a $400 million refi-

nancing for a five-property, 2,600-unit multi-housing portfolio located in Washing- ton, D.C. and Hoboken, NJ. HFF worked on behalf of Brookfield Real Estate Financial Partners to se- cure the floating-rate loan through M&T (FNMA). The properties average 98 percent occupancy overall and are located within the Washington, D.C. and New York City metropolitan sta- tistical areas. The HFF team represent- ing Brookfield Real Estate Financial Partners was led by senior managing direc- tors Bob Donhauser and Bill Asbill. ■
