The programs that we have selected are truly blended, incorporating the use of technology and in alignment with the overall strategic goals of our Shangri-La organisation. LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

SLP – STRATEGIC LEADERS PROGRAM

Facilitate senior leaders with tools and frameworks focused in the development of a strategic mindset that enables long-term business planning. Topics include:

PURPOSE

- Shangri-La’s leadership capabilities exploration – Business and financial acumen - Identification of leadership styles – Steps to create a business strategy

Behavioural changes through reflection on self-leadership style. Development of a strategic mindset to apply immediately in the departments.

ELP – EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM

Facilitate leaders with tools and strategies to enhance their leadership capability. Learn the Shangri-La leadership competencies through an action-focused approach. Topics include:

PURPOSE

- Leadership brand awareness – Time management – Financial Acumen & marketing - Feedback, coaching and mentoring – Problem solving and innovation

6 phases of 4 hours each facilitated by accredited facilitators (L1 leaders) over a period of 6 to 12 weeks. Program transfer to L1 and L2 facilitators takes 1 week from 9:00am to 5:30pm each day and it is conducted by the Area Dir. of L&D

DURATION

Transfer audience: L1 and L2 leaders who will become accredited facilitators. Program audience: L3 and high potential L4 leaders.

AUDIENCE

Facilitated in the property: face to face.

LOCATION

Behavioural changes through reflection on self-leadership style. Performance increase: through applying the models to enhance people and time mgmt.

STRATEGIC PLANNING GRAPHIC WORKSHOP This workshop is ideal for hotels interested in developing a long-term (12 – 24 – 36 month plan) in collaboration with their senior leadership team. This program has been designed following the visual principles of Graphic Facilitation to transfer heavy information into easy steps. These steps include:

PURPOSE

- A current assessment of the hotel business performance - A development of a hotel long term vision - Identification of key strategic pillars - Creation of measures of performance and KPIs - Pathway to elaborate an action plan

7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE This workshop introduces leaders to the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, presenting applicable tools evidenced by cognitive psychology to enhance: - Inter-departmental communication - High level planning and time management - Negotiation skills and problem solving - Create synergies among leaders to achieve overall organisational goals

LUXURY RESERVATIONS PROGRAM Enhance the guest reservations experience by providing a differentiated Luxury experience based on: story-telling and personalisation. This workshop will provide the reservations team with skills necessary to: • Capitalise on Hotel stories (product knowledge) in order to tailor the guest experience • Questioning techniques moving the reservations process from a transactional to a conversational approach 1 Day: 9:00am to 5:00pm Participants will have a one hour collective virtual coaching session 3 weeks after completing the program.
