Launching in summer 2025, HOPES’ Maternal & Infant Health Services provides comprehensive care for pregnant and postpartum individuals, especially those navigating substance use, housing instability, or behavioral health challenges. This program includes prenatal and postpartum medical care, behavioral health support, pediatric services, and couplet care – ensuring both parent and baby receive coordinated services. It’s designed to reduce maternal mortality, improve birth outcomes, and support families during one of life’s most vulnerable transitions.
