In 2025, Northern Nevada HOPES reached a historic milestone: for the first time, both of our clinics, The Stacie Mathewson Wellness Center and The Jerry Smith Community Wellness Center, were fully operational, serving thousands of patients across northern Nevada. This dual-clinic model allows us to meet patients where they are, offering walk-in medical and behavioral health care, addiction medicine, behavioral health programs and services, pediatric services, and more; all under one unified mission of compassionate, community-centered healthcare. Together, these two facilities represent more than bricks and mortar, they are beacons of dignity, innovation, and access. From the heart of Midtown to the Corridor of Hope, HOPES is expanding its reach and deepening its impact.
