Dear Friends, At Northern Nevada HOPES, we believe that the best way forward is to listen - deeply, consistently, and with compassion. In 2025, our theme, “ Navigating with Heart, Strength, and HOPE” , reflects how we’ve charted our course through challenges, guided by the voices of our patients, staff, and community. This year, we launched new programs, expanded services, and deepened our commitment to equitable care. From maternal health to addiction medicine, every innovation was born from listening. Our patients told us what they needed, and we responded with dignity, creativity, and action. We’ve faced headwinds: rising costs, shifting policies, and growing demand. But our compass never wavered. It pointed us toward resilience, toward community, and toward hope.
