• In the photograph above, the Cook is using the pusher to hold the meat firmly in place and has a cut resistant glove on the cutting blade side of the machine. • He will not get cut.

• Can you see what is wrong with the photograph above? • The Cook is holding the meat with his hand. His fingers are in line to be cut by the blade. • He is not using a cut resistant glove.
