Of those individuals who received the invitation to partake in our annual staff survey, 41 (42 responses in 2024/25, 44 responses in 2023/24) opted to complete the non-clinical role survey, with 33 (28 responses in 2024/25, 48 in 2023/24) individuals opted to complete the clinical role survey. 3.12 Key Strengths Positive Team Culture Survey findings demonstrate a consistently strong and positive team culture across both clinical and non-clinical staff groups. • Staff report that colleagues are supportive, respectful, and collaborative • Many respondents feel valued within their immediate teams • Feedback commonly described NPC as “friendly”, “supportive”, and “professional” Statement: NPC continues to demonstrate a strong team-based culture, with positive peer relationships forming a key organisational strength.
