Statement: There is a clear and consistent commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the organisation. Inclusion and Psychological Safety Findings indicate that NPC provides a generally safe and inclusive working environment.

• Low reported levels of bullying, harassment, or discrimination • Staff feel safe to raise concerns • Most respondents perceive NPC to be an inclusive employer

Statement: NPC maintains a culture of inclusion and psychological safety, supporting staff to raise concerns and contribute openly. Local Leadership and Line Management Many staff reported positive experiences of immediate line management.

• Managers are generally approachable and supportive • Staff feel able to discuss issues and seek guidance

Statement: Local leadership is a strength; however, variability in management experience exists across teams. 3.13 Areas for Improvement Pay and Reward Pay and financial recognition emerged as the most significant concern across both staff groups.

• Staff felt that that pay does not always reflect responsibilities or workload • Concerns regarding limited pay progression • Increased financial pressures impacting staff morale

Statement: Pay and financial reward represent a significant organisational challenge. We recognise that this is not a unique position for NPC, however, we understand the implications for staff satisfaction and retention on our organisation and will endeavour to address this when it is possible .
