• High workloads reported across both clinical and administrative roles • Concerns regarding staffing levels and service capacity • Reports of stress and burnout in some areas

Statement: Workforce capacity remains a key pressure, impacting both staff wellbeing and service delivery. Communication and Staff Engagement While communication within teams is generally positive, staff identified challenges at organisational level.

• Limited visibility of organisational decision-making • Inconsistent communication across services • Some staff reporting feeling disconnected from the wider organisation

Statement: Improvement is required in organisation-wide communication and engagement, particularly across dispersed teams and PCNs. Learning and Development Responses relating to training and development opportunities were mixed. • Some staff reported good access to learning • Others highlighted:  Lack of clear career pathways  Inconsistent access to training and appraisal processes Statement: A more consistent and transparent approach to career development and progression is required. Organisational Consistency and Processes Particularly within non-clinical responses, staff identified variability in organisational systems.

• Inconsistency in management approaches • Lack of clarity around roles and responsibilities
