Promoting Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) and embedding a just culture using the ‘Being Fair’ framework. Providing access to training, career development, and leadership opportunities. Using the results of our staff survey feedback to drive meaningful organisational change.

As a C.I.C operating within primary care networks and the wider ICS, we will strengthen our leadership role in collaborative working and service transformation.
We will:
Enhance governance and assurance across member practices and services. Aim to play a proactive role in ICS priorities, including urgent care, prevention, and reducing inequalities. Continue to strengthen partnerships with local Trusts, community services, local authorities, and voluntary sector organisations. Drive to improve data-driven decision-making at organisational and in general practice.
This will be achieved by:
Developing clear governance frameworks and quality oversight processes across the organisation. Using integrated data and dashboards to support performance management and improvement. Aligning organisational priorities with ICS strategies and national policy.

Digital transformation will support improvements in access, efficiency, and quality of care across our GP services.
