Premiair Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd recently completed the full design and installation of a state-of-the-art refrigeration and air conditioning package for the new Lynch’s EUROSPAR Caw. The project represents one of the most technologically-advanced retail cooling installations in the region and highlights the growing importance of environmentally-conscious, high- performance building services within the food retail industry. Working closely with the client and project team from concept through to completion, Premiair’s engineers delivered a bespoke solution tailored specifically to the operational demands of a busy modern supermarket. The installation included the latest generation refrigeration systems, energy- efficient air conditioning technology, and intelligent controls designed to maximise
performance while reducing energy consumption and operational costs. As a flagship store for the EUROSPAR brand, the Derry development was created to set new standards in convenience retailing, combining contemporary design with cutting-edge technology. Premiair’s scope of work played a critical role in supporting this vision by ensuring optimal climate control, food preservation and customer comfort throughout the store. A major focus of the project was sustainability. By incorporating advanced refrigeration technologies and energy- saving solutions, the installation significantly improves efficiency while helping reduce the store’s environmental footprint.
