TRADE SALES This role is ideal for someone with a sales or customer service background who is looking to build a long-term career within the electrical wholesale industry. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop their skills, contribute new ideas, and progress within a growing business. Key Responsibilities • Manage and develop customer accounts. • Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and customer enquiries. • Prepare quotations, source products, process orders, and issue invoices. • Coordinate deliveries and collections. • Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers. • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers. • Assist with stock management and product sourcing. • Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service. Skills & Experience • Previous sales, customer service, or electrical wholesale experience is desirable but not essential. • Strong communication and relationship- building skills. • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude. • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Fluent written and spoken English. • Full clean driving licence (essential). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. COORDINATOR (PART-TIME) This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in eCommerce, web sales, or digital marketing who is looking for a flexible part-time position within a growing and fast-paced business. Dolphin Electrical is seeking a motivated individual to take ownership of our online sales platform and help drive its growth. Our website is fully developed and ready to launch, providing an exciting opportunity to shape and develop our online offering. Key Responsibilities • Manage online sales from enquiry through to delivery. • Upload and maintain products on the website. • Source and introduce new products to the online range. • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to increase sales. • Explore AI and technology solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience. • Process orders and coordinate deliveries and collections. • Liaise with trade and retail customers, providing excellent customer service. • Negotiate with suppliers and assist with stock replenishment. • Stay up to date with eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Skills & Experience • Previous experience in eCommerce, online sales, or a customer- focused sales role. • Strong understanding of online selling and digital sales platforms. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams). • Ability to work independently and take initiative. • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving. • Full clean driving licence (essential). • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems would be an advantage.
