Its Irish operation is headed up by Sales Director Pat O’Leary. Supplied exclusively via the electrical wholesale trade and a network of approved stockists nationwide, all products are stored in its modern distribution facility in Dublin. Experienced customer service teams are available at the end of a phone to deal with queries, supported by knowledgeable area sales managers and a visitor centre for training contractors and consultants. Staff receive regular training on industry standards and products and conduct product training with electrical contractors and wholesalers. Click Litehouse’s dedicated sales team, together with an experienced specification manager, are available to support consultant engineers and electrical contractors.
Judges commended Ros-Tek’s meticulous coordination of multiple advanced systems across this major commercial office campus, showcasing its technical expertise. A priority was delivering systems that support life safety, asset protection, secure access management and effective communication throughout the development. This included the implementation of staged fire alarm evacuation procedures alongside integrated PAVA notifications, providing clear and controlled communication during emergency situations. Integrated installations for life safety and asset protection included fire detection systems and PAVA, disabled refuge systems and security systems comprising CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, intercom and automated gates.
