Team Matters - Vol. 2 - 2026

to serve others. Together, associates contributed an impressive 29,555 hours of community service by participating in blood drives, school events, holiday initiatives, food, clothing, and toy drives across our communities. Those hours also contributed to the company match that resulted in this year's $1,400,001 donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital . These efforts represent more than just hours logged. They reflect compassion in action, neighbors helping other neighbors, and associates stepping up wherever help was needed the most. From small acts of kindness to large scale community efforts, each moment spent serving helped strengthen the place where we live and work. Thank you to everyone who helped make this impact possible. Your willingness to get involved throughout the year reflects the heart of the Averitt family and the difference we can make when we work together. Every act of service, big or small, reinforces the values that guide our team every day and the pride we share in serving our communities. Looking ahead, it’s never too early to start planning or logging your hours for 2026. Keep motivating one another and remember to send your Team Up hours and photos to TeamUp@Averitt.com .
