The participants shall:
Share experiences on the use of lifts and how human factors may influence this. Furthermore, the participants must engage in discussions and quizzes about:
a. Differences in the most common limit switch types found on different lift types
b.
Function of the bottom and top switches
c. The importance of inspecting and performing function test of bottom and top switch
d.
Differences between doors and gates on a lift
e. The use of key for safety locking of the doors and gates
f. The general function of fences and gates in a safety perspective
g. How to open the door during normal operation (in safe zone) and in emergency situations
