Provide constructive feedback to the participants about their engagement and understandings
The participants shall:
Engage in group discussions and share experiences on the use of different types of lifts, including:
a. The risks of entering the area where the lift is landing in its lowest position
b. Why and how to respect safety distances in the work area, including danger zone
c. Risks from leaving the lift at positions other than the prescribed points
d.
Function of the safety brake
e.
Safety function of overspeed system
f.
Standard rescue concept template
g. Special conditions and restrictions in connection with use of lifts during fire in the WTG
Suggestion. In small groups, each group discusses their allocated topic, prepares a short presentation and presents their key (learning) points in plenum

ELEMENT 3.5 - DROPPED OBJECTS PREVENTION
Learning objectives:
23) The participants can take responsibility for securing tools, equipment, accessories, minor components, items, and parts by adequately tethering, using appropriate transport methods and adequate storage away from openings and exposed edges from which objects can fall to prevent dropped objects (Ability, intermediate level)
24) The participants can take responsibility for identifying loose items that could potentially become a dropped object (Ability, intermediate level)
25) The participants can take responsibility for performing buddy checks of tethering on colleagues prior to and while working at height (Ability, intermediate)
