c. How to check the operation of motor break at top- and bottom-drive unit
d. How to do a speed test during emergency descend
e. How to do a visual inspection for leaks on drive unit and report in case of leaks
Facilitate practical training on:
a.
How to do a wear test of the brake system
b. How to inspect for wear on the drive unit, e.g. pulley, gear-teeth, sheaves, and the divertor including replacing the divertor when needed in according to the manual
c. How to do a speed test during emergency descend
The participants shall:
Engage in the practical training on:
a.
visual inspection of drive units
b.
wear test on brake systems and drive units
Share experiences on hoist and drive units, and apply the received feedback in following learning activities
