COMMUNITY AND COORDINATION Public involvement will engage residents of Pamila Springs, Chapin Village, Homestead, and Westview subdivisions, along with the Uplift Elevate Preparatory School, Chapel Creek Neighborhood Association, and Chapel Creek Business Park .
Coordination will be required with utility providers, property owners , and a communications tower located within the proposed ROW.

PROJECT COSTS Estimated Project Delivery Cost $21 million
Improves safety and traffic operations for neighborhood and school traffic. Enhances multimodal access and pedestrian connectivity. Supports future growth and development along the Chapel Creek corridor. Fills a key capacity and cross- section gap between Whitetail Chase Drive and Chapel Creek Boulevard.
