Rydon Homes is an NHBC registered developer and builder and as such we design and build not only in accordance with the Building Regulations, but also to the exacting NHBC Standards. Each home is inspected by the NHBC at key stages, thus ensuring our compliance with those standards. All of our sites are registered to the Considerate Constructors Scheme. This means that during the construction process we are committed to minimising the impact on the local community by being clean, respectful, safe, environmentally conscious, responsible and accountable. We also aim to consistently achieve “Performance beyond Compliance”. In April 2010 NHBC introduced the Consumer Code for Home Builders, which outlines certain requirements for good practise to support and protect home buyers. We take great pride in ensuring we deliver the best quality homes and customer service. As such, we already exceed the Consumer Code’s minimum requirements. Click here to download the Consumer Code for Home Builders. We are committed to delivering excellent customer service and un-biased feedback from our purchasers provides an invaluable part of our strategy to continually improve. Rydon Homes works with independent specialist research company In-house to consistently measure our performance through customer satisfaction surveys following the completion of a home purchase.

Rydon has a really open culture that thrives because people are treated (and treat eachother) with a fairness and respect that is often not found in some of the larger competitors, but Rydon is still commercial enough to substantially differentiate and compete in the current market. Rydon is a people business and certainly not at all impersonal which is a good thing. We take learning and development seriously. We have a good average tenure (7 years at manager level) and more than 15 years at director level.
