Participants will explore the core components of PBIS, deepen their understanding of universal supports, and engage in hands-on activities that reinforce effective school-wide implementation. The training emphasizes inclusion, highlighting the role of all staff: custodians, nurses, front office personnel, librarians, nutrition workers, and paraeducators in fostering a cohesive and supportive school-wide environment.
