Staff Managed (Minors) versus Admin Managed (Majors) Facilitation BEHAVIORAL SUPPORTS

This session is a facilitated workgroup for school staff to identify their staff managed versus Admin managed behaviors (Minors vs. Majors) to be placed on their behavior flowchart for the school year. Staff will be guided through a carousel activity which will allow for enriched discussion to create consensus as a school team.

Intended Audience

General and special education teachers, and site administrators.

Team Initiated Problem Solving (TIPS) BEHAVIORAL SUPPORTS

This course presents a model for using data for problem solving and decision-making that includes a systematic team process. Participants will learn how to organize and conduct meetings, problem solve, define action plans, define goals and evaluation plans, and document decision plans.

Intended Audience

Special education teachers, general education teachers, paraprofessionals, site administrators, and district administrators.
