This training equips participants with the essential skills to serve as facilitators when requested to lead IEP meetings. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the facilitator’s role, the stages of facilitation, and key techniques for fostering collaboration while maintaining a child-focused approach. Additionally, the training will cover crucial communication and active listening skills, as well as systematic problem-solving methods to ensure productive and solution-oriented discussions.
