Traditional project schedule documents can be complex and subjective based on the reader. By merging the 3D model with project schedule activities, the planned construction sequence comes to life through 3D images and videos. Many clients find value in using this visual scheduling technique in conjunction with traditional project scheduling techniques. 4D Scheduling

One of the most time-consuming and laborious tasks of a construction project is estimating quantities of materials. By extracting quantity takeoff information directly from the 3D model, EMJ’s estimating and pre-construction teams quickly back-check their quantities, resulting in highly accurate pricing information.
