training for racquet sports. In addition, trainers provide nutrition counseling and workouts for those living with motor skills impairments or recovering from illness or injury. Utilization: Over the past five years, the Fitness and Wellness Center has experienced substantial and sustained growth in member engagement, as demonstrated by the annual visit data:

• 2020 : 19,025 visits • 2021 : 25,141 visits • 2022 : 31,460 visits • 2023 : 43,488 visits • 2024 : 46,488 visits

This represents a 144.4% increase in usage since 2020, underscoring a strong upward trajectory in member participation and facility utilization. We expect calendar year 2025 to continue the upward climb. Key growth highlights include: • From 2020 to 2021, we saw a 32.2% increase , indicative of a strong rebound post-pandemic. • 2022 continued that momentum with a 25.2% increase over the previous year. • The largest year-over-year growth occurred between 2022 and 2023, with a remarkable 38.2% increase , suggesting that recent programming, facility enhancements, and member engagement strategies were highly effective. • In 2024, growth continued with a 6.9% increase , signaling a stabilizing pattern at an elevated usage rate. This consistent and meaningful growth is a direct reflection of our team’s dedication to delivering innovative, high-quality fitness and wellness experiences tailored to the evolving needs of our membership. We are proud of our trajectory and energized by the opportunity to build upon this momentum. As we continue to expand our offerings and enhance the member experience, we remain committed to excellence in programming to serve our members with passion, purpose, and innovation. Planning: This year, we have embarked on a planning process for a new Sports Performance Center (SPC), which, if constructed would be a year-round fitness and recreational space with additional indoor tennis courts, some multi-purpose space, and a modern Fitness & Wellness Center. We are outgrowing the space available to us in the 25-year-old Fitness and Aquatics Building. Regular visitors to the center will attest that it is at capacity during peak hours. Other amenities contemplated for the SPC include a new area to eat and refresh after tennis or a workout, space for specialized golf training, and an area that could be used by the club’s growing Youth Program. Our goal is to include building design drawings and information in the Facilities Master Plan that will give the membership an idea of what is proposed. More detailed documents will not be drawn until the membership has sent a clear signal of support.
