1. Each week, post a differently worded ad on online job boards. 2. Schedule the additional (networking) recruitment contacts you intend to follow up with each week . Such as community job training center, local literacy volunteer agencies, workplace opportunity centers, ethnic organizations, churches, etc. 3. Obtain and maintain a sufficient inventory of recruitment brochures and posters to use as “leave-behinds.” 4. After you are up and running, evaluate the numbers of responses, interviews, hires, and employee longevity for each source used. 5. Adjust the recruitment to create a constant flow of applicants in excess of your current need. Review the Plan : Do this on an ongoing basis. It will be necessary to assess the effort, expense, and results of each recruitment source. As your business progresses, it will be necessary to pursue the most successful and cost- effective activities that provide the best employees in the least amount of time. Discuss your recruitment plans with your New Business Manager. The employee turnover numbers mentioned later in this section are realistic, and you must not let customer demand exceed your capacity to properly service customers. Begin now to develop your recruitment focus. The consistent growth of your MOLLY MAID business is tied directly to your success in recruiting potential employees: View anyone you see working as a potential employee. Never be shy about asking them how they like their job, especially the hours. Talk with them about the positives of working for MOLLY MAID and leave them a business card.  Brainstorm concerning the places where potential employees would shop, hang out, etc. Canvas those places with recruitment pieces.  Talk to other business owners. Where are they getting people? What kind of media is effective?  Look for every form of free advertising available.

No nights, holidays, weekends Good pay

Potential advancement and company car Company benefits, uniforms, vacations, etc.

Keep a “recruiting mentality” 100% of the time. Everyone is a potential candidate. Always carry your business cards and sell the benefits of working at MOLLY MAID.
