Each restorative session concludes with a tea ceremony featuring foraged plants and light snacks, grounding the experience in the forest’s natural rhythms. Gleninchaquin Park near Kenmare is a family‑owned park and working farm set in a long, glacier‑carved valley shaped over 70,000 years ago, offering spectacular natural scenery that includes a 140‑metre waterfall feeding a chain of lakes such as Lough Inchaquin, Uragh and the Cloonee Lakes. Visitors can explore peaceful woodland paths, winding streams with log bridges, carved mountain steps, rock passages and glens, with scenic viewpoints throughout.
